As a Customs Entry Specialist, you play a critical role in ensuring our customers’ imports move smoothly, compliantly, and on time. You will manage end‑to‑end customs brokerage operations for a dedicated portfolio of accounts, partnering closely with customers, carriers, government agencies, and internal teams. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, detail‑oriented environment and wants to build strong expertise in customs brokerage while contributing directly to customer satisfaction and operational excellence.

& quality – delivering on service commitments and building trust Compliance & process maturity – ensuring regulatory adherence and operational consistency Operational efficiency & cost control – supporting productivity and standardized processes Technology adoption – contributing to continuous improvement and digital transformation initiatives Who You’ll Work With Internal partners include: CHB Operations Managers and Leaders Senior CHB Operations Associates Regional CHB Leadership Program and Implementation Managers CHB Compliance and IT teams External partners include: Assigned customs brokerage customers Government agencies (CBP, FDA, USDA, and others) CHB systems and technology vendors Required / Preferred Qualifications: 6–12 months of customs brokerage or related industry
experience
At least 2 years in a CHB or operational support environment preferred Strong verbal and written communication
skills
Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and comfortable working under pressure Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment Team‑focused mindset with a strong sense of ownership and accountability Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience) Customs House Broker License preferred but not required Pay Range: $56,000. 00 - $60,000. 00* *The stated pay range is the anticipated starting salary and may be adjusted based on market conditions, experience, and location.
Final compensation will be discussed directly with the selected candidate(s) in compliance with all applicable laws.
