**Position Summary:**

We’re seeking a detail-oriented *Customs Entry Writer* with experience in U.S. import operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for processing customs entries, ensuring regulatory compliance, and coordinating documentation for air and ocean import shipments. Experience with *CargoWise* is highly preferred.

**Responsibilities:**

  • Prepare and process customs entries for air and ocean shipments in compliance with U.S. Customs and PGA regulations
  • Review and verify import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, arrival notices, etc.)
  • Communicate with customers, carriers, and government agencies to ensure timely cargo release
  • Classify shipments under the correct HTS codes and ensure accuracy in all data entries
  • Maintain compliance with CBP, FDA, USDA, and other regulatory requirements
  • Collaborate with internal departments to resolve entry discrepancies or documentation issues

**Qualifications:**

  • 2+ years of experience in customs entry writing, brokerage, or import coordination
  • Strong understanding of U.S. Customs regulations and HTS classification
  • Proficiency with *CargoWise* or other logistics software strongly preferred
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
