Customs Execution Finops Specialist The Accounting Operations function encompasses roles responsible for the day-to-day management of Customs-related and financial transactions.

This includes ensuring accuracy, compliance with regulatory requirements, and adherence to accounting principles and standards. The scope covers cost accounting (such as allocation and analysis of direct/indirect costs and variance analysis), budget accounting (including development and monitoring of annual revenue and expense budgets), as well as accounts payable/receivable, billing, and invoicing activities.

This position falls within the administrative career stream, comprising roles that provide skilled technical, administrative, and operational support. Employees may range from entry-level staff to experienced individual contributors who possess solid technical knowledge and can independently execute specialized tasks that support broader operational goals. At this level, the colleague works with limited-scope assignments, exercising independent judgment within defined guidelines.

Responsibilities

Manage customer relationships and deliver exceptional service to both internal and external stakeholders through professional email communication. Address and resolve customer complaints or disputes promptly while maintaining alignment with company policies and procedures. Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective completion of multiple operational activities. Apply problem-solving
