Role description

From the employer

Responsible for overseeing import and export operations, ensuring compliance

with customs regulations and trade requirements, and leading customs processes

to support efficient and timely movement of materials.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate Import & Export operations across multiple sites,

including raw materials, machinery & equipment, MROs, chemicals, finished goods,

and reworks.

  • Manage and ensure compliance with Annex 24, Annex 22, and Annex 30

requirements.

  • Oversee customs documentation, audits, validations, invoicing, and shipping

data processing.

  • Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and quality of customs data and

documentation.

  • Coordinate and oversee customs brokers and other external partners.
  • Lead customs compliance activities and support programs such as CTPAT, OEA,

and other regulatory requirements.

  • Drive the maintenance, standardization, and continuous improvement of customs

processes and procedures.

  • Manage multiple customs optimization and compliance initiatives.
  • Coordinate regulatory compliance activities with internal stakeholders and the

Compliance team.

  • Lead, develop, and train customs operational teams, including coordinators,

analysts, assistants, and clerks.

  • Support asset management and ICS-related activities.
  • Identify customs risks and implement corrective and preventive actions to

ensure operational continuity and compliance.
