Customs Operations Associate

Key Responsibilities: Prepare and process import customs declarations accurately and in compliance with Thai Customs regulations. Handle import entries under various tax privilege schemes, including FTA (Form E, Form D, etc.) checking, BOI, Free Zone, Excise Tax privileges and etc.

Ensure timely customs clearance while maintaining compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. Provide support for urgent shipments by working on standby after office hours, weekends, or night shifts when required. Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and customers.

Key Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.

experience

in import customs operations, preferably within the apparel, automotive, or electronics industry. Hands-on

experience

preparing import entries under tax privilege programs such as FTA (Form E, Form D, etc.), BOI, and Excise Tax.

Experience

processing import permits through TISI NSW, FDA and other regulatory systems. Strong knowledge of Thai Customs regulations and customs clearance procedures.

Experience

coordinating with government agencies, including Customs, FDA, DOA, DFT, and other relevant authorities. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Willingness to work on-call, weekends, or night shifts when business requires. Good communication

skills
