**The Role (Closer-Only)**

• Close **warm, inbound tax resolution leads**
• Run confident, controlled consultations
• Sell real solutions:
• Offer in compromise
• Installment Agreements
• CNC
• Penalty Abatement
• Overcome objections without discounting or panic
• Hit numbers. Get paid. Repeat.

**Compensation (Where Closers Pay Attention)**

• **Base + Aggressive Commission - up to 15%**
• **Expected Total Earnings: $120,000 – $250,000+**
• **$10,000–$20,000 Sign-On Bonus**

• Amount based on relevant tax experience & early performance
• Must be in good standing and meeting benchmarks
• Paid after 60 days of full-time employment
