Job Description
Finance & Tax Intern Location: Shanghai Department: Statutory & Fiscal (S&F) / Finance Key
Responsibilities
Support day-to-day finance and tax operations by processing and organizing invoices, payment requests, reimbursement documents, and other supporting materials. Assist with data collection, consolidation, validation, and maintenance of financial records and trackers. Perform basic data analysis and reporting using Excel and other finance tools.
Support documentation preparation for audits, tax filings, internal controls, and compliance reviews. Maintain accurate filing and archiving of finance and tax documents. Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance and Tax team as needed.
Qualifications
Undergraduate student majoring in Accounting, Finance, Taxation, Economics, or a related field. Available to work at least 3 days per week for a minimum of 3 months. Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel. Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle routine tasks accurately and efficiently. Strong communication
skills
and a proactive attitude toward learning. Previous internship
experience
in finance, accounting, or shared services is a plus. What You Will Gain Exposure to finance, statutory reporting, tax compliance, and audit support processes in a multinational company. Hands-on
