San Jose, CA 95113 - Hybrid

Required Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's Degree in Accounting

Certifications

CPA Preferred

Active CPA or Active JD/Attorney License required for future promotion to Manager

Experience

  • 2–4+ years progressive Corporate Tax experience
  • Minimum 1–2 years as a Senior Associate
  • Recent Public Accounting experience
  • Corporate/Federal Tax Compliance
  • Form 1120 Corporate Tax Returns
  • ASC 740 Tax Provision (Preparation, Review & Audit Support)
  • Corporate clients with $50M–$1B revenue
  • US GAAP knowledge
  • Tax Research
  • Client-facing experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • OneSource Tax Provision
  • State & Local Tax (SALT)
  • International Tax
  • Transfer Pricing
  • Leadership/Mentoring experience
  • Public Accounting with Top 15 or Large Regional Firm
