What will you be doing as a Logistics Officer Customs

Execute import, export, transit, contract execution, and vessel documentation activities related to agricultural commodities, feed products, and vegetable oils. Ensure compliance with customs, veterinary, phytosanitary, and commercial requirements while supporting the efficient movement of goods through ports, warehouses, terminals, and international supply chains. Manage document flow, stock verification activities, and contract execution processes.

This should be completed through the following activities

Responsibilities

Perform volumetric measurements to determine actual stock quantities stored in warehouses (meals), silos (cereals / seeds) and storage tanks. (sunflowerseed oils)

Support inventory reconciliation and stock monitoring activities.

Prepare and manage customs documentation for import and transit maritime operations.

Prepare transit declarations for inland and maritime shipments.

Maintain communication with customs authorities and inspection agencies regarding cargo clearance procedures.

Receive, review, organize, and dispatch original shipping documents for vessels loading in Ukraine and maintain records of airway bills (AWBs) and prepare monthly invoicing summaries related to document dispatch services.

Execute purchase and sales contracts for sunflower oil and high oleic sunflower oil (HOSO) and invoicing in SAP.

What you can bring to the role

3 years experience in relevant activity

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple deadlines simultaneously.

Knowledge of customs procedures, transit formalities, and shipping documentation.

Dynamic, Innovative, Organized, Good communication skills , Ability to find creative solutions, Good resistance to stress, Team player, Good resources management, willing to learn, Pro-active

English Language –very good –spoken & written

PC skills (Microsoft Excel, Word, Power Point, SAP, Copilot, Traces)
