Role Summary

As a Tax Compliance Specialist III (Process Expert), you will be a key driver of data-enabled operations, workflow governance, process optimization, and business transformation within Client Tax Services (CTS).

You will help shape the future of the organization by improving operational workflows, standardizing reporting practices, developing actionable insights, and identifying opportunities for automation. Working closely with CTS, CDD, and the Delivery Tribe, you will support the successful implementation of future tools and technologies while helping teams adopt sustainable and effective ways of working.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys combining analytical thinking, stakeholder collaboration, and continuous improvement to deliver meaningful business outcomes.

About the Team

The Client Tax Services (CTS) team is focused on delivering efficient, high-quality services while continuously improving the way work is performed. As part of this team, you will collaborate across functions to strengthen governance, enable process excellence, and support strategic transformation initiatives.

You will work alongside stakeholders across CTS, CDD, and the Delivery Tribe to help ensure operational processes remain effective, scalable, and future-ready.

Required Skills

We are looking for someone who can bring a combination of analytical capability, process expertise, and stakeholder management skills, including:

Experience in process improvement, operational excellence, or business transformation initiatives

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to translate data into actionable business insights

Experience developing and maintaining management reporting and operational metrics

Knowledge of workflow governance and process standardization practices

Ability to identify efficiency opportunities, including automation initiatives

Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

Experience facilitating change and supporting adoption of new tools, processes, or ways of working

Ability to work independently while effectively collaborating across multiple teams

Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on delivering sustainable results
