Position Overview

A Lead’s primary purpose is to organize and guide the team in completing tasks in a timely and effective manner with quality. The Lead will also act as a contact for supervisors and managers to convey work requests to the team and will provide back to supervisors and managers feedback regarding team members’ performance. •Oversee day-to-day operations of team. •Monitor team performance and report on established metrics. •Motivate team members.

•Minimum of two (2) years of work
