From the employer**Trade Excellence & Transformation Manager** - **Trade Compliance & Classification Governance**
- Develop and implement global HS classification governance framework
- Standardise product classification rules and trade compliance processes
- Ensure consistency between HS classification and import declarations
- Build a centralised trade intelligence database for classification and regulatory reference
- Reduce compliance risks through structured monitoring and data validation
**Trade Control Tower Development**
- Lead design and implementation of Trade Control Tower framework
- Define KPIs for trade compliance, classification accuracy, and import performance
- Develop dashboards and reporting tools for management visibility
- Integrate trade data into Supply Chain Control Tower (SCCT) ecosystem
**Digital Transformation & Automation**
- Drive digitalisation of trade workflows and classification processes
- Work with IT teams to develop systems for trade data management
- Improve data structure to support automation and future AI-based classification tools
- Identify opportunities for process simplification and system enhancement
**Process Improvement & CoE Transformation**
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives across GTPC operations
- Standardise global trade processes and best practices
- Conduct gap analysis across compliance, import, and product data workflows
- Strengthen internal capability and operational discipline across teams
**Regional Stakeholder Management**
- Collaborate with trade, import, and compliance teams across 14 countries
- Ensure alignment and adoption of governance frameworks
- Support procurement and supply chain decision-making through trade insights
- Act as key liaison between operations, compliance, and transformation teams
Requirements
- Experience in HS classification, customs, import/export compliance, or tariff management
- Familiarity with international trade regulations and documentation processes
- Background in process improvement, consulting, or data-driven operations
- Strong analytical and structured problem-solving skills
- Experience in process improvement or transformation projects
- Knowledge of ERP systems, trade systems, or BI tools (e.g. Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong stakeholder management across regional teams
- Ability to work in complex, multi-country environments
- Good understanding of data governance and operational reporting
