Group Head of Tax & Treasury | Shape the Future of Global Tax & Treasury

At IDP, we're helping students unlock life-changing opportunities through international education. As we continue our global transformation journey, we're seeking an exceptional tax and treasury leader to help shape the future of our finance function

Reporting to the Group Finance Director, the Group Head of Tax & Treasury will set and execute IDP's global tax and treasury strategy while providing trusted advice to senior executives and governance forums on complex international tax, treasury and capital management matters.

Why this role is different

This isn't a traditional tax leadership role focused solely on compliance.

You'll play a central role in reimagining how tax operates across a global organisation, leading the design and implementation of future-state tax operating models, driving standardisation and automation, and embedding leading practices as part of our Oracle Fusion transformation.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the global tax and treasury strategy

Advise executives and governance forums on strategic tax and treasury matters

Oversee international tax structuring, transfer pricing and cross-border financing initiatives

Drive the tax operating model transformation associated with Oracle Fusion

Lead treasury strategy including liquidity, funding, cash repatriation, foreign exchange and capital management

Build a high-performing global tax capability

Strengthen governance, controls and risk management frameworks globally

What We Are Looking For

You bring

• Significant senior tax leadership experience in multinational corporate and/or professional services environments
• Strong international tax, transfer pricing and tax governance expertise
• Meaningful treasury experience, including liquidity, funding and FX risk management

Experience influencing executives, Boards and governance committees

A proven track record of driving transformation, standardisation and process improvement

A commercially minded and future-focused approach to tax leadership

Experience within listed or multinational organisations highly regarded

Exposure to Oracle Fusion or large-scale ERP transformation programs advantageous
