To lead and oversee all accounting, tax, and compliance functions across the group of companies, ensuring full regulatory compliance, minimizing financial and tax risks, maintaining transparency in financial processes, and enabling effective cooperation with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee and control tax obligations across a multi-country group structure
- Manage and monitor accounting operations in compliance with local and international accounting standards
- Prepare for, support, and lead tax audit processes
- Coordinate matters related to tax and financial regulations across the group
- Analyze financial data, identify discrepancies, assess risks, and develop corrective action plans
- Design and implement an optimal group-wide tax strategy and policies
- Prepare short-term and long-term forecasts, recommendations, and advisory reports for management on tax, accounting, and regulatory matters
- Utilize Excel at an advanced level, including financial modeling, in-depth analysis, formulas, PivotTables, and detailed reporting
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or Banking
- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience in roles such as Tax Advisor, Financial Analyst, Accountant, or Auditor
- Knowledge of international tax systems is a strong advantage
- Advanced proficiency in Excel
- Professional certifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent are considered an advantage
