Experience

• Chartered Accountant (CA) with minimum 3 years of relevant experience; OR
• Non-CA candidate with minimum 5 years of relevant experience

Key Responsibilities

• Preparation and filing of Income Tax Returns (ITR) for individuals, firms, and corporate entities
• Handling income tax compliance, including advance tax, TDS reconciliation, and responding to notices
• Regular interaction with the Income Tax Portal, including e-filing, rectifications, and grievance handling
• Basic Working knowledge of tax audit support and assessment proceedings
• Drafting submissions and replies to notices under the Income-tax Act, 1961

Technical Skills Required

• Strong working knowledge of the Income Tax Portal
• Hands-on experience with Genius Software for return preparation and compliance
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic documentation

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Prior work experience with a Chartered Accountant firm is mandatory
• Candidates from industry (in-house tax roles) are not preferred
• Strong analytical and drafting skills
• Ability to handle multiple assignments and meet deadlines
