**Role Overview**

India Exposition Mart Limited, one of India’s largest integrated venues for exhibitions and conventions, is seeking an experienced **Accounts Payable professional** with strong knowledge of **SAP, TDS, GST**, and hands-on experience in managing **Accounts Payable & Accounts Receivable processes**. The role requires accuracy, good analytical skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

**Key Responsibilities**

**Accounts Payable (Primary Responsibility)**

  • Process vendor invoices, verify supporting documents, and ensure timely posting in **SAP**.
  • Manage vendor payments, reconcile supplier statements, and resolve discrepancies.
  • Ensure adherence to TDS, GST input credit rules, and statutory compliance while processing invoices.
  • Maintain AP ageing reports and ensure timely payment cycles.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and vendors regarding invoice clarifications.

**Accounts Receivable (Secondary Responsibility)**

  • Prepare and update customer invoices, receipts, and follow-up for payments.
  • Maintain AR ageing and assist in collection follow-ups when required.

**Statutory Compliance**

  • Ensure correct TDS deduction, calculation, and challan preparation.
  • Support monthly GST working, reconciliation, and documentation.

**General Accounting**

  • Assist with month-end closing activities, journal entries, and reconciliations.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation as per audit requirements.

**Required Skills & Qualifications**

  • Minimum **3+ years** of experience in Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable.
  • Strong working knowledge of **SAP (AP/AR modules)**.
  • Good understanding of **TDS, GST, and statutory compliance**.
  • Strong MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting).
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and vendor management skills.
  • Ability to work within deadlines and handle multiple tasks.

**Preferred Qualifications**

  • Experience in event/exhibition or large-scale facility-based organizations (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Knowledge of monthly closure activities and audit support.
