**Reboot Monkey** is a global datacenter services provider. We are seeking a **detail-oriented Accountant** to own tax compliance and financial reporting across our international operations. This is a 100% remote role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, cross-border environment.

You will ensure our global finances are accurate, compliant, and scalable. You aren’t just "doing the books"—you are managing the financial health of a multi-regional operation.

• **Tax Ownership:** Handle tax preparation and filings for international jurisdictions; monitor local tax law changes.
• **Accuracy:** Maintain rigorous internal controls and support external audits.
• **Optimization:** Improve accounting workflows and implement best practices for scalability.
• **Advisory:** Provide financial insights to leadership for international expansion.

• **Experience:** 3+ years in accounting, specifically with **international tax and compliance**.
• **Tech Savvy:** Proficient with **QuickBooks, Xero, or NetSuite**.
• **Communication:** Strong professional English (written/verbal).
