The Opportunity
As an International Tax Services - Senior Associate, you will provide advice and guidance to clients on structuring their global tax positions. Your work will involve analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies that optimize tax efficiency and minimize risks for multinational businesses. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others.
You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing international tax laws and regulations to develop strategies for optimizing global tax positions - Providing guidance on structuring multinational tax strategies to minimize risks and enhance tax efficiency - Collaborating with clients to understand their tax planning needs and deliver tailored solutions - Preparing and reviewing tax documents to validate compliance with international tax regulations - Engaging in tax research to stay informed on changes in tax legislation and their implications for clients - Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret complex tax data and inform strategic recommendations - Supporting the preparation of income tax provisions and disclosures for multinational clients - Advising on Base Erosion and Profit Shifting (BEPS) and Controlled Foreign Companies (CFC) regulations - Assisting in the development of integrated global structuring strategies for diverse client portfolios - Participating in stakeholder engagement to foster meaningful client relationships and address tax challenges What You Must Have - At least a Bachelor's degree - At least 2 years of
experience

requirements

Requirements
Up to 20% Job Posting End Date The salary range for this position is: $77,000 - $214,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience,
