**Core Responsibilities**

  • Ensures the organization's tax processes are implemented accurately and in compliance with all relevant regulations, laws and standards.
  • Oversees the completion of accurate tax returns to minimize the tax obligations of Vanguard.
  • Analyzes related financial documents to ensure the appropriate tax accounting is performed accurately by the team.
  • Coordinates, facilitates and resolves taxing authority inquiries and audits.
  • Consults with others and provides guidance on organization-related tax regulations.
  • Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**

  • Minimum of three years related work experience.
  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
  • CPA, CTA, CA or other financial designation preferred.
