**Position:**International Tax & Transfer Pricing
Level: Department Manager
Work location: Bangkok
**Responsibility:**
- International Tax planning and improve current tax practices for best benefit of the group
- Tax and finance structuring for new acquisitions.
- Review and provide comments on advisor’s tax due diligence report.
- Prepare and manage transfer pricing documentation (Master File, Local Files, CbCR and other relevant documents) to support intra-group transactions in compliance with local regulations.
- Support and review functional analysis and benchmarking studies.
- Conduct interview to review operational practice in order to ensure the correctness of the transfer pricing documentation and the alignment with Transfer Pricing Policy.
- Provide advice on transfer pricing implications to support the business.
- Lead the company’s BEPS Pillar II readiness, implementation, and ongoing compliance projects.
- Analyze the impact of OECD Pillar II rules including GloBE calculations, elections, Income Inclusion Rules and etc.
- Monitor global legislative developments and assess implications for the company’s multinational operations.
- Coordinate collection and validation of financial and tax data required for Pillar II reporting and compliance.
- Prepare BEPS 2.0 analysis and its impact to the group on quarterly basis.
- Support on the preparation of disclosures, tax returns, and regulatory filing related to Global Minimum Tax Calculation, GloBE Information Return including other obligations.
- Liaise with external advisors, auditors, and tax authorities on Pillar II matters.
**Qualification:**
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Law, Accounting, Finance or Economic.
- Experience on BEPS Pillar II and Global Minimum Tax calculations
- Experience in preparing and managing transfer pricing documentation / disclosure.
- Experience in supporting business on tax related matters.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and service-minded attitude, fast learner with a strong sense of ethics and accountability.
- Ability to provide proactive, creative tax solutions with a business-oriented mind.
- Ability to work under pressure, do multiple tasks and complete assignments in due course.
- Ability to learn and educate stakeholders of new areas of law requirements to support the dynamic and fast-changing business requirements.
- Good command of English and computer literacy.
- Mature and be able to work independently and in a multicultural environment.
