
(Korean Bilingual) Customs Entry Writer

From the employer**About the Role**
We are seeking a detail-oriented **Customs Entry Writer** to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing customs
clearances, tracking shipments, and ensuring compliance with customs
regulations. You’ll work closely with clients, freight forwarders, and related
parties to facilitate seamless import operations.
Requirements
**Key Responsibilities:**
- **Customs Clearance Processing**: Manage and process customs clearances for
imports while strictly following customs regulations and company SOPs.
- **Importer Security Filing**: Ensure timely and accurate Importer Security Filings
(ISF) for shipments.
- **Shipment Tracking**: Track and trace shipments to provide clients with updated
information.
- **Client Communication**: Communicate effectively with clients, freight
forwarders, and other stakeholders via email and phone.
- **Documentation & Archiving**: Maintain organized records and ensure proper
documentation is archived.
- **Data Management & Reporting**: Manage and update client data for
reporting and analysis.
- **Billing & Invoicing**: Handle timely billing and invoicing for clients.
- **Additional Duties**: Assist with other duties as assigned.
**Qualifications:**
- Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Must
be able to commute to the office; hybrid options may be available.
- Proficient
in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Availability
to work weekends or night shifts is a plus.
- Must
be fluent in Korean
- Applications

- High
School Diploma or GED is required.
