As a Learning & Development Manager - Tax, you will focus on designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee
skills
and knowledge. Within our Tax practice, you will play a crucial role in fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth, collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective ways to locate, assess, educate, and train employees in line with market developments and firm strategy. As a Manager, you will lead teams, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff.
You are accountable for the execution of project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on expectations.
With your growing knowledge of how business works, you play an important role in identifying opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. Responsibilities
- Designing and delivering innovative training programs to enhance employee

and knowledge - Collaborating with subject matter specialists and project teams to strategize effective learning solutions - Developing content strategies and presentations that align with learning objectives and firm strategy - Managing stakeholder expectations and fostering a culture of continuous learning and professional growth - Leading project planning and execution to support talent identification and development initiatives - Utilizing strategic solutions to address learning and development challenges within the organization - Mentoring team members to leverage their unique strengths and improve performance - Analyzing and identifying system interactions to optimize training delivery and outcomes - Upholding professional and technical standards, including adherence to the firm's code of conduct and independence
requirements
What You Must Have - Any graduates/Post Graduates - At least 8 years of
experience
in Human Resources preferably in a professional services firm - Oral and written proficiency in English required What Sets You Apart - Strong understanding of L&D practices and methodologies - Relevant
experience
in executing learning strategy/processes -
Experience
in stakeholder management and end-to-end program management - Excelling in content strategy and developing presentations - Designing learning objectives tailored to diverse audiences - Demonstrating proficiency in project management and planning - Managing stakeholder relationships effectively - Creating strategic solutions for complex challenges - Fostering people development and team growth Travel
