As a Loan Support Analyst Sr - Specialty, within PNCEF’s Tax organization, you will be based in Cincinnati, OH.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of property and/or sales tax. Core hours for this role are Monday – Friday, 8:00 am EST – 4:30 pm EST. The Loan Support Analyst Sr is responsible for providing operational support for equipment finance property tax and lease administration activities, ensuring the accurate processing of tax-related transactions, customer refunds, and critical mail operations.
This role serves as a key liaison between internal business partners, tax authorities, and cash management teams, while maintaining compliance with property tax regulations and company policies. The position requires strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and the ability to manage multiple processes in a fast-paced environment.

include opening, sorting, and distributing incoming mail, ensuring timely delivery of all Equipment Finance-related correspondence and routing mail to appropriate business units. The Loan Support Analyst Sr processes property tax information by entering and maintaining records within PTMS (Property Tax Management System) and LeaseWave, including manual data entry when automated interfaces cannot be utilized.
The role
regularly exports and imports data between PTMS and LeaseWave and performs data validation to ensure accuracy and completeness. A significant portion of the position involves working in Microsoft Excel, utilizing functions such as filters, VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and other analytical tools to reconcile data, research discrepancies, and support reporting needs. Additional

include managing tax refund processes received from taxing jurisdictions, researching refund eligibility, creating refund transactions within LeaseWave, clearing refund-related general ledger entries, coordinating with internal cash management teams to facilitate customer reimbursements, and ensuring accurate tracking and documentation of all refund activity.

Job Description
Applies specialty product knowledge to close or administer high complexity or high risk syndicated and/or commercial loan transactions. May have responsibility for fulfilling key fiduciary obligations associated with the Banks Agent role; validating construction due diligence requirements; and/or monitoring construction progress and draw requirements. Directly interacts with high revenue/high profile corporate and/or commercial real estate clients.
Reviews customized commercial, legal, and related due diligence documentation and reporting to ensure adherence to complex deal structures and/or regulatory compliance requirements. Consults and advises customers, investors, capital markets loan syndications and/or commercial real estate deal teams, as well as external and internal business partners to execute transactions. Reviews transactions and related documents, including collateral and construction requirements.
Verifies work processes to ensure completeness, accuracy, and conformance to credit approvals, legal documents, established service levels and applicable procedures. Determines whether loan disbursements can be made, or if additional documentation or escalations is required Reviews reports to identify exceptions, monitor quality and ensure compliance. Participates in risk mitigation activities.
May serve as a subject matter resource and may provide specialty product training. 00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
