Perform daily follow‑ups on documentation discrepancies, demonstrating strong troubleshooting

skills

and effective written and verbal communication with customers, overseas origins, and internal teams Escalate unresolved issues, compliance risks, or systemic gaps in a timely manner before they materially impact customers or Maersk operations Collaborate closely with Operations, Compliance, Finance, Technology, and other branches to deliver consistent, high‑quality customs services and seamless customer

experience

Requirements

2–5 years of

experience

in customs brokerage. Prior supervisory or team lead

experience

preferred. Strong knowledge of CBSA regulations, customs clearance procedures, tariff classification, valuation requirements, and low-value shipment processing. CCS designation and/or CBSA Customs Broker License (LCB) preferred, or equivalent industry experience.

Experience

with CW1 customs software; familiarity with the CARM portal is an asset. Strong organizational

skills

with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment. Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Detail-oriented with a strong focus on accuracy and compliance. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced operational environment. Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. Company
