YOUR MISSION Manage and coordinate inbound transportation activities across the EEMEA region, ensuring timely, cost-efficient, and reliable delivery of goods from origin to warehouse destination. Oversee import customs clearance processes and ensure full compliance with Austrian, EU, and international customs regulations, while minimizing operational and compliance risks. Act as the key point of contact for Logistics Service Providers, Freight Forwarders, Customs Authorities, Warehouses, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless supply chain execution.

Monitor shipment performance, freight costs, customs lead times, and operational KPIs, proactively identifying issues and driving effective solutions. Coordinate inbound warehouse activities, including capacity planning, delivery scheduling, goods receipt processes, and the resolution of delivery discrepancies, damages, and claims. Support customs audits, maintain customs-related master data and authorizations, and contribute to duty optimization and trade compliance initiatives.

Drive continuous improvement of logistics and customs processes through standardization, digitalization, automation, and operational excellence projects. Serve as SAP Key User for logistics and customs processes, ensuring accurate reporting, process documentation, and effective stakeholder support across the business. Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Service, Purchasing, Finance, Sales, and Logistics teams to support business objectives and deliver best-in-class supply chain performance.

YOUR TALENT 3–5 years of experience in inbound logistics, customs operations, international transportation, or warehouse and distribution processes. Degree or professional qualification in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Customs & Foreign Trade, Business Administration, or a related field. Strong knowledge of customs regulations, trade compliance, and international logistics processes.

Hands-on experience with SAP (MM, SD, LE preferred), customs systems, and advanced Excel skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across functions and external partners.

Proactive, solution-oriented team player with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to manage multiple priorities. Fluent German and English language skills.
