Responsibilities
& Requirements: - Oversee tax compliance
requirements
including federal M-1 calculations, coordination of foreign income inclusion reporting, extensions, WHT calculation, 3115s, R&D calculation, and maintaining the domestic tax filing calendar - Maintain the Corptax software as the administrator by rolling over the software, overseeing the preparation of the return, managing users, and assisting with the e-filing process - Responsible for the preparation and review of U.
S. domestic tax filings forms, statements and attachments related to the consolidated return as well as other miscellaneous filings such as the Form 945, 1120-Fs, etc - Review state tax returns, state estimates and quarterly journal entries via Blackline - Review tax fixed assets utilizing Bloomberg Tax BNA software - Manage and oversee the IRS CAP process including the annual application, MITT forms, quarterly documentation as well as IDRs - Review quarterly and year-end domestic provision calculations.

with Sharepoint, SAP BPC, and SAP ERP a plus - BS or BA Degree in relevant field and 8-10 years relevant experience
