Materials & Customs Coordinator

ISS International Spa is looking for a Materials & Customs Coordinator for an offshore project in the Mediterranean Sea.

Qualifications & Experience

a) Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

b) Minimum 3–6 years of experience in logistics, materials management, customs coordination, or supply chain operations.

c) Solid knowledge of import/export procedures, customs regulations, HS Codes, and Incoterms.

d) Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, and material traceability.

e) Experience in coordinating logistics contractors, freight forwarders, customs brokers, and transportation service providers.

f) Good knowledge of SAP MM or equivalent ERP systems.

g) Fluent in Greek & English language.

Main Role Purpose

a) Coordinate and monitor inbound and outbound material flows to support operational requirements.

b) Manage import/export and customs clearance activities, ensuring compliance with applicable regulations and Company procedures.

c) Ensure inventory accuracy, material traceability, and proper logistics documentation.

d) Coordinate internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, contractors, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely material delivery and effective collaboration.

e) Support logistics contract management and monitor logistics and customs performance through reporting and KPI tracking.

f) Ensure compliance with Company HSE procedures and applicable safety requirements in all logistics and customs activities.

• Duration: 12 months liable to extension

• Working schedule: 12 hours a day / 7 days a week

• Rotation: 28 days ON / 28 days OFF inclusive of travelling days
