to shape the future of chassis systems. Join us and be part of something extraordinary! Main responsibilities: Daily coordination of export/import shipments from Asia and North America.

Maintenance of the HTS database. Establishing and coordinating schedules with carriers/customs brokers. Support with shipment tracking and tracing.

Responsible for controlling shipping costs. Creating and coordinating commercial and export documents. Managing and coordinating ground transportation for import and export routes within the NAFTA region (USA-MEX).

Managing and coordinating domestic transportation for raw material supplies from local suppliers' plants and external warehouses. Reviewing and managing expense accounts for customs brokers and carriers. Reporting additional costs for subsequent recovery (storage, delays, extra freight charges, demurrage, etc.)

Analyzing transit times for continuous supply chain improvement. Auditing certificates of origin and requesting compliance from suppliers to ensure 100% compliance. Coordinating and managing the receipt and return of reusable packaging.

Ensure compliance with foreign trade laws, regulations, and policies (import and export). Review and validate customs documentation: import/export declarations, commercial invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, etc. Follow up on audits, reviews, or clarifications with customs authorities.

Manage incidents related to delays, damages, shortages, or additional costs. Control and validate freight billing, additional charges, and logistics services. Prepare reports: Transportation and customs costs, import and export KPIs, transit times, and compliance.

Specific knowledge: - Mexican customs legislation. - Import and export processes. - Tariff classification (HS/HTS).

- Incoterms. - Trade agreements (USMCA – desirable). - International transportation management.

- ERP (SAP – desirable). - Intermediate/advanced Excel skills. - Technical English (reading and speaking) – essential.

Skills: - Strong analytical skills. - Meticulous organization and follow-through. - Effective communication.

- Ability to work under pressure and a sense of urgency. - Teamwork. - Problem-solving.

- Negotiation with suppliers. - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Foreign Trade, or related field.
