Position Overview

The general role of a Network/Telecom Technician is to install, maintain, and troubleshoot data network infrastructure. This includes routers, switches, and cabling. The Network/Telecom Technician ensures reliable connectivity by performing routine maintenance, testing equipment, and resolving connectivity issues to keep network systems running efficiently.

This individual will receive guidance from leadership and should be responsive to customer questions or concerns and address any issues in a timely manner.

What You'll Do

Management of IT infrastructure - Hardware setup, customer network support, Endpoint support in field. Troubleshoot and support all IT connected devices Remediate Security vulnerabilities and perform/request appropriate action from respective items/teams Collaborate with Operations across multiple groups to meet current and future continuous improvement project goals Ability to assist with deploying/troubleshooting networking solutions on premise, cloud, or hybrid.

Provide Technical support and on-site troubleshooting/repair for customers.

and ability to work in high output environment Ability to maintain professionalism while interacting with customers, with an aptitude to answer technical questions in a simplified manner Able to work a flexible schedule and adjust to changing business needs including possible emergency call-out, extended hours and some out-of-town and overnight work Willing to participate in the company’s required background and drug screening process Valid driver’s license required Working Conditions Walk, crawl, talk, see, read, hear, feel, sit, stand, kneel, crouch, twist, reach, grasp and climb with both hands and legs for extended periods of time Lift and/or move up to 75 pounds Climb at heights of 300’+ for extended periods of time Work outdoors in a variety of weather conditions Additional Eligibility
