Location This is a fully onsite role based at our Rockford, IL site. Relocation assistance is not provided for this position Discover Impactful Work As an Operations Manager, you will lead a customer-facing team that drives business transformation and operational excellence. You will oversee complex, cross-functional projects for custom products from inception through delivery, focusing on business transitions, process improvement efforts, system implementations, and change management programs.

Partnering with stakeholders across the organization, you'll support business goals while building and developing high performing teams and fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement. Your contributions will support our mission of enabling customers to make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.

2+ years of people management

The salary range estimated for this position based in Illinois is $93,800. 00–$115,000. 00.
