Role Description
Part-time position in the Corporate Income Tax department. Hours are between 15-20 hours generally. However, more than 30 hours are needed at times. Hours are generally flexible.
Scanning/Copying/Organizing files
Mailing
Filing and other ad hoc projects involving using Excel, Word, Adobe
Reconciling/tracking federal and state tax notices
Preparing journal entries and other tax forms/workpapers
Skills, experience, qualifications and knowledge required
College graduate majoring in accounting/tax.
Motivated, diligent learner who is able to work in a fast paced environment
Excellent interpersonal skills
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and be proactive in maintaining quality/status of work
Ability to communicate effectively verbally and in writing
Proficient in Excel, Word, and Adobe
Ability to work efficiently independently and in a team environment

- base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, corporate and functional title and duties, job-related knowledge and advanced degrees, skills, and experience.
