Part time Tax Processor

Assists taxpayers at the service window, providing professional and courteous customer service at all times. Answers the telephone; provides information and assistance as requested and/or forwards calls to appropriate staff person. Receives and responds to inquiries, requests for assistance and complaints from customers, business owners and others regarding Auditor’s Office procedures, policies and methods.

Prepares and processes County tax bills. Processes tax exemptions on real and personal property; assists customers in preparing exemption applications as requested. Compensation Minimum: $19.
