The Payroll & Benefits Administrator manages the entire day to day payroll process and benefits administration for 2000+ team members, works closely with HR and other business partners on payroll-related matters. The Administration is responsible for resolving all payroll issues, prepares and reports on commissions, works closely with Finance, and coordinates requests with internal and external auditors.

Job Description

Education: High School Graduate

Experience

2-4 years Mandatory Skills: Being meticulous in reviewing payroll data, benefits documentation, and financial records to ensure accuracy and compliance. Demonstrating a strong commitment to handling sensitive employee information and financial data with the highest level of discretion. Managing multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring payroll and benefits processes are executed accurately and on time.

Effectively conveying complex payroll and benefits information to employees, addressing inquiries, and providing clear guidance. Analyzing discrepancies, investigating errors, and finding solutions to resolve payroll and benefits-related issues promptly. Being responsive to employee inquiries, anticipating their needs, and delivering accurate and helpful information.
