**Role Overview:**

We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Taxation Specialist to manage all aspects of our direct and indirect

tax compliance. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of Indian tax laws, particularly GST, TDS,

and Income Tax, and be adept at ensuring regulatory adherence and providing expert guidance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Tax Return Preparation & Filing: Prepare, review, and ensure timely and accurate filing of all statutory tax

returns and related documents, including GST returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GSTR-9, GSTR-9C), TDS returns

(Form 24Q, 26Q), and Income Tax returns.

  • Financial Data Analysis: Analyse financial data, ledgers, and transactions to ensure accurate tax reporting,

compliance with tax regulations, and proper classification of expenses and revenues for tax purposes.

  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure strict compliance with all applicable Central and State tax regulations,

notifications, and amendments related to GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

  • Tax Advisory: Provide proactive and accurate tax-related advice, guidance, and clarification to various

internal departments on operational matters impacting tax implications.

  • Knowledge Management: Continuously monitor and stay updated with changes in tax laws, regulations,

and judicial pronouncements, assessing their impact on the company's operations and compliance.

  • Audit Coordination: Coordinate effectively with internal and external auditors for all tax-related

compliances, providing necessary documentation and explanations.

  • Tax Audit & Litigation Management: Independently handle tax audits, assessments, and inquiries from tax

authorities (GST, Income Tax, TDS). Liaise professionally with tax authorities and consultants as required,

preparing responses and submissions.

  • Reconciliation: Perform regular reconciliations of tax ledgers with financial books and statutory filings.

What We’re Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in direct and indirect taxation within India, with a

strong focus on GST, TDS, and Income Tax.

  • In-depth knowledge of Indian tax laws, rules, and regulations.
  • Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and tax-related software.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with internal teams, auditors, and

tax authorities.

  • High level of integrity and attention to detail.
