Summary of Role: The Principal Trade Compliance Specialist is responsible for overseeing export compliance activities to ensure adherence to all applicable U. S. trade laws and regulations.
This role plays a critical part in developing and maintaining export compliance programs, supporting internal stakeholders, and safeguarding export‑controlled data across the organization. Essential Responsibilities: Oversee the compliance of export activities to ensure adherence to all applicable U. S.
export control regulations, including the Export Administration Regulations (EAR) and the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Develop, implement, and maintain export compliance procedures and internal controls.

Apply for export licenses, including licenses related to deemed exports, and review visitor requests to prevent unauthorized access to controlled facilities. Provide guidance, training, and support to internal stakeholders on export compliance matters.

in the semiconductor industry, particularly

with chip design tool companies, EDA tool suppliers, or semiconductor design software providers.
