Job Title: Professional I, Payroll Tax

Job Description

Join our dynamic team as a Payroll Tax Professional I! You are an individual contributor, focusing on evaluating, analyzing, and auditing payroll programs. You will collaborate closely with government entities and internal departments to ensure compliance with tax regulations, pension plans, and payroll legislation.

experience

with payroll tax and compliance matters; Bachelor’s Degree in related field from four-year college or university preferred • Workday

experience

required • Enrolled Agent designation preferred • ADP SmartCompliance

experience

preferred • Must be able to create and reconcile spreadsheets for payroll and tax related data. Strong reconciliation skills, detail oriented, proficient in MS excel •

Experience

preparing periodic tax forms and tax filings • Must be able to communicate effectively and in a constructive manner with management, co-workers, and external vendors and government agencies; demonstrated ability to effectively present information to internal and external partners • Demonstrated ability to partner with peers and management in organizing and prioritizing projects in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented business environment The base salary range for this position is $67k- $75k, plus incentives that align with individual and company performance.

Actual salaries will vary based on work location, qualifications, skills, education, experience, and competencies.
