The Opportunity
Under general guidance and direction of the Property Collections Supervisor, assists the public with payments of both real and personal property taxes. Reconciles funds received with property tax receipt records. Updates and maintains accurate records related to tax collections.
Provides first-contact customer service and performs clerical and office support duties to expedite day-to-day operations of the Utah County Treasurer’s Office. Performs work at an entry level or performs routine tasks that are less complex than those performed by the Property Tax Associate II. Grade: 716 Starting Pay: $17.
63 - $20. 22 Hourly Schedule: 8 a. m.
- 5 p. m. Monday thru Friday Job Qualifications: 1.
High school diploma or equivalent. 2. One (1) year of general clerical support work experience.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications: 1. Incumbent must be bondable. 2.
Applicants will be required to submit an online 10-key test result. 3. Selected applicants will be required to submit to a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
