, managing customs clearance processes, driving effective global sourcing and purchasing strategies, and building strong relationships with suppliers and regulatory authorities to support seamless and high-performing operations. How you’ll make an impact: You will manage end-to-end customs clearance for imports and exports, including documentation preparation, regulatory compliance, goods classification (HS codes), and accurate valuation.

You will liaise with customs brokers and authorities while monitoring changes in trade regulations and advising stakeholders on impacts and required actions. You will develop and execute global purchasing strategies to ensure cost-effectiveness, quality, and timely delivery of materials and goods. You will negotiate supplier contracts and terms, maintaining strong relationships to secure favorable pricing and service levels.

You will conduct supplier performance reviews and collaborate with cross-functional teams (logistics, production, finance) to support demand planning and supply continuity. You will maintain accurate records, resolve customs and supply chain issues, and continuously drive process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. You will be responsible to ensure compliance with applicable external and internal regulations, procedures, and guidelines.

experience

in customs brokerage, import/export operations, or international purchasing. In-depth knowledge of customs regulations (e. g.

, HTS classification, valuation, Incoterms, free trade agreements; ERP; SAP). Customs Broker License or relevant certifications are a significant advantage. Strong negotiation and communication skills, both written and verbal, problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
