Group/Division The Legal Compliance Organization (LCO) team headquartered in Milpitas, CA and second headquarters in Ann Arbor, MI provides legal guidance to further KLA’s strategic objectives and protect and preserve the legal, ethical and financial integrity and reputation of the Company. With specific expertise in the areas of corporate law, commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property; the LCO offers strategic legal counsel that is informed by a clear understanding of the company’s business objectives and expertise in the laws and regulations relevant to the business worldwide.

Job Description/Preferred Qualifications KLA Corporation is seeking a highly motivated teammate to serve as the EMEA lead within the Global Trade Compliance (GTC) team and as the primary Ethics & Compliance partner for Israel. The individual will use their expertise to serve as the regional lead for global trade compliance matters across EMEA — supervising EU, UK, and Israel regulatory developments and leading the regional export licensing program — while also serving as the on-the-ground Ethics & Compliance presence for KLA's Israel operations.

In this capacity, the role will conduct internal investigations, deliver training, advise on conflicts of interest matters, and generally be seen and serve as the primary Ethics & Compliance person for Israel. The individual will collaborate with internal and external corporate partners to lead programs that support the company's trade compliance and ethics & compliance efforts in the region.

Since the person in this role will represent both GTC and the Ethics & Compliance function in high visibility projects with multi-disciplinary teams, we are looking for someone who has strong trade compliance and licensing knowledge, sound judgment on ethics and compliance issues, can communicate effectively, and possesses excellent project management skills to drive initiatives to completion.

An ability to work comfortably across global geographies and a passion for compliance are key for this position. The position will report into the Director of Global Trade Compliance in the US and will be based in Israel.

Qualifications

7-10 years of Global Trade Compliance experience; ethics & compliance experience a plus BS or BA degree Solid communication, project management and Powerpoint skills Proficiency using regional licensing portals, SAP/GTS systems and MS office tools Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail Self-starter and able to work with minimal direction Previous experience managing programs Ability to travel as needed Proficient in English; one EU language required; proficiency in Hebrew a plus Minimum Qualifications 7-10 years of Global Trade Compliance experience; ethics & compliance experience a plus BS or BA degree Solid communication, project management and Powerpoint skills Proficiency using regional licensing portals, SAP/GTS systems and MS office tools Strong quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills with a high attention to detail Self-starter and able to work with minimal direction Previous experience managing programs Ability to travel as needed Proficient in English; one EU language required; proficiency in Hebrew a plus We offer a competitive, family friendly total rewards package.
