Guardian Tax is hiring, and we are looking for motivated **Sales Closers** to join our Chandler team. This opportunity is built for sales professionals who know how to build trust, communicate effectively, and confidently close deals.
This is a **100% inbound sales opportunity** — no cold calling. Every conversation begins with individuals who have already reached out for help with IRS and tax debt concerns.
As a Sales Closer, you will work directly with qualified prospects to understand their situation, identify their needs, educate them on available solutions, and guide them toward the best path forward.

**What You’ll Do**
- Handle inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief solutions
- Build rapport and establish trust with prospective clients
- Ask effective questions to understand each client’s unique situation
- Explain solutions clearly and professionally
- Address concerns and provide guidance throughout the decision-making process
- Maintain consistent follow-up and manage opportunities effectively
- Consistently achieve and exceed individual sales goals
**Requirements**
- 1**–2 years of phone sales experience required**
- Strong communication skills
- Proven ability to overcome objections and close deals
- Competitive, goal-oriented mindset
- Ability to build rapport quickly and effectively
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
- Coachable, motivated, and professional attitude

**Schedule**
**Full-time, in-office position**
Monday–Friday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
One half-day Saturday per month
