SAP GTS Consultant
**Duration**: 1st July to 31st Dec 2026
**Location**: Morocco or anywhere in EU with Morocco customs experience
**JD - Role Overview**
We are looking for an experienced SAP Consultant with strong expertise in SAP GTS, International Trade, and Foreign Trade processes. The consultant will be responsible for designing, configuring, and supporting trade compliance and customs-related processes across SAP landscapes, with specific familiarity with Morocco customs requirements and import/export compliance processes.
- Ability to translate business and regulatory requirements into scalable SAP solutions.
- Experience working with third-party systems, customs brokers, logistics service providers, and external trade compliance platforms.
- Strong documentation, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with Morocco import/export documentation requirements, including commercial invoice, import commitment, customs declaration, HS code usage, buyer/supplier details, and supporting technical documentation.
- Awareness of Morocco customs processes managed by the Administration of Customs and Indirect Taxes and digital customs clearance through BADR for import and export formalities.
- Understanding of Morocco-specific compliance areas such as customs valuation, tariff classification, origin documentation, duties and taxes, Verification of Conformity requirements, and port/customs clearance processes.
- Ability to assess Morocco customs requirements and map them to SAP GTS / International Trade solution design, configuration, and integration needs.
Requirements
**Required Skills and Experience**
- 10+ years of SAP consulting experience with strong hands-on expertise in SAP GTS, International Trade, or Foreign Trade.
- Strong understanding of import, export, customs declaration, customs valuation, tariff classification, origin management, and trade compliance processes.
- Good working knowledge of SD and MM integration points relevant to international trade, including sales orders, deliveries, billing, purchase orders, inbound deliveries, and goods movements.
- Experience in SAP S/4HANA International Trade and/or SAP Global Trade Services implementation, rollout, migration, or support projects.
