SAP Tax Integration Project Consultant

Our partner, who is a market leader in the pharmaceutical sector, is looking for an experienced SAP Tax Integration Consultant to join their ERP deployment team, focusing on finance and tax processes. The role supports the rollout of a standardized ERP template (SAP S/4HANA) across multiple countries in the EMEA region, ensuring alignment with local tax requirements and business processes.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• **​**Roll out global Finance/Tax templates, including documentation, testing, training, and local adjustments
• Assess local gaps and design country-specific extensions to the global template
• Ensure end-to-end Record-to-Report process alignment with other Finance teams
• Translate local tax requirements into IT solutions and manage related changes
• Drive project deliverables across the full rollout lifecycle, including S/4HANA and parallel deployments
• Optimize and align business processes with key stakeholders under template governance

Requirements

**Who You Are:**

• Broad experience as an SAP FI Consultant and in business process

management, SAP ERP, S/4HANA, IT, and ERP transformation programs.

• Extensive

experience with SAP Tax solutions for the EU and other regions, covering

Indirect Taxes, Withholding Taxes, and Corporate Income Taxes.

• Deep

knowledge of SAP S/4HANA tax moduls, including SAP country versions,

SAP Document and Reporting, and SAP systems implementation, particularly

S4 Finance.

• Strong

end-to-end understanding of business processes and deep financial or

controlling process knowledge.

• Experience

with other SAP Tax solutions like Sovos is advantageous.

• Excellent

analytical and problem-solving skills, with a history of leading change

initiatives and effective decision-making.

• Strong

influencing skills, ability to work in complex global networks, and

fluency in English.

• Agile

mindset for daily operations (e.g., SCRUM, SAFe).
