Description

**Role : SEA4 Tax Manager**

Key Roles and Responsibility

  • Lead SEA4 tax governance and risk management, ensuring alignment with global policies and local regulations
  • Oversee tax compliance and reporting across SEA4 (CIT, VAT, WHT), ensuring accuracy and timeliness
  • Manage tax audits and authority engagement, driving consistent strategy and reducing exposure
  • Provide tax advisory to business and finance teams, especially on cross-border and operational matters
  • Monitor regulatory changes and translate into clear guidance for internal stakeholders
  • Coordinate with external advisors and shared service to ensure effective delivery model
  • Drive process standardization and improve tax control and documentation practices

Qualifications

  • Work Experience: University Degree in Finance/Accounting/Tax
  • Minimum of 10 years working experience in finance, with minimum 5 years experience in tax (having exposure of multiple tax area will be prefferable). Big 4 consulting firm experience is strongly preferred.
  • Preferably CPA/ACCA/CA
  • Hands⁃on experience in SAP
  • Strong Microsoft Excel skills
  • Strong leadership skills
