Make an impact with our Transfer Pricing team as a Senior Analyst. This diverse team of professionals delivers customized tax strategies within a complex and dynamic regulatory framework. **Responsibilities**
- Conduct international corporate tax engagements specific to transfer pricing addressing inter-company transaction issues and in the valuation of intangible assets
- Deliver industry and technical expertise relating to complex transfer pricing concepts and issues through client interactions, reports, technical work, management presentations and high quality deliverables
- Develop and deliver quality transfer pricing and economic strategies that are practical, defensible and consistent with clients’ overall corporate strategy
- Perform advanced pricing agreements (APAs), defend transfer pricing in audits, and develop tax planning approaches
- Analyze financial and economic data for tax and regulatory compliance
- Research client issues that arise from compliance or planning work such as the effects of various tax treaty provisions on the taxpayer (capital gains, dividends, business profits, etc.)
- Think strategically about client needs by understanding their business, key risks and identifying ways to maximize client relationships and deliver added value
- Lead engagement teams, developing effective relationships with clients while coaching and mentoring junior team members
- Contribute to the development of new ideas and approaches to improve work processes
- Participate in business development initiatives and identify new business opportunities
- Maintain flexibility to travel, as necessary
**Skills and Experience**
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or business administration (accounting or finance major is preferred)
- Completion of, or working towards, a CPA, CBV or CFA designation is considered an asset
- 2 to 4 years of relevant public accounting or tax experience
- Experience working on transfer pricing, valuation, economics or finance projects is considered an asset
- Knowledge of financial analysis and modeling
- Experience working with accounting and tax software

The annual salary range for this role is $60,000 to $100,000. Individual compensation is commensurate with skill set, relevant experience, and education.
