  • Partner on open enrollment and vendor performance: Lead testing,

configuration requirements, and quality assurance reviews for Open

Enrollment, M&A integrations, and vendor life-event implementations in close

partnership with internal benefits operations, brokers, and external vendors.

  • Optimize operational processes: Identify automation opportunities, schedule

follow-ups, and coordinate executive-level presentations—including support

for board-level mental health initiatives—to streamline benefits

administration in a matrixed environment.
