Senior Director of Customs & Trade Compliance (Hybrid)

Supply Chain Solutions is seeking an experienced **Licensed Customs Broker (LCB)** to lead and evolve our Customs & Trade Compliance function. This executive-level role combines regulatory expertise, proven people leadership, and a passion for **AI, automation, and innovation** to modernize global trade operations.

What You'll Do

• Serve (or progress to serve) as the company's **Licensed Customs Broker of Record**
• Ensure compliance with CBP, PGA, import/export regulations, HTS classification, and AD/CVD
• **Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams** and future leaders
• Champion **AI, automation, and technology-driven solutions** to improve accuracy, efficiency, and audit readiness
• Partner cross-functionally with Operations, Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT
• Act as executive, client-facing authority on customs and regulatory matters

What We're Looking For

• **Active U.S. Licensed Customs Broker (LCB) – required**
• 10+ years in customs brokerage, trade compliance, or international logistics
• 5+ years of people leadership experience
• Deep knowledge of HTS, ADD/CVD, PGA filings, audits, and enforcement actions
• Experience with CargoWise, ACE, automated classification, OCR, or AI-enabled workflows a plus
