As a Senior Tax Specialist (International Tax), you will play a key role in supporting the business's global tax operations by helping ensure compliance, transparency, and consistency across international tax processes. Working within a global network of tax professionals, you will contribute to accurate tax reporting and risk management practices that support informed business decisions and uphold the business's commitment to responsible corporate governance.
You will be part of the International Tax team, collaborating closely with colleagues across the business's Headquarters, GBS+ Bratislava, and various business entities worldwide. This role offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic international environment, gain exposure to global tax matters, and contribute to process improvements and strategic initiatives that enhance the effectiveness and standardization of tax operations across the organization.
What you´ll do
Prepare, review, and finalize International Tax (ITAX) reports for global business entities
Coordinate with the company’s Headquarters, GBS+ Bratislava, and international stakeholders on tax-related matters
Support implementation of global tax initiatives and ad hoc projects
Assist in identifying tax risks and ensuring compliance with company policies
Maintain tax documentation and support audits, reviews, and tax inquiries
Drive process improvement and standardization within the International Tax function
Support transfer pricing activities, including benchmarking studies
What makes you a good fit
Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy or a related field, with 2-4 years of relevant experience in Accounting, Tax, or Finance
Solid knowledge of accounting principles, taxation, tax compliance, and risk management
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills with the ability to collaborate across functions
Experience in Transfer Pricing and/or exposure to international tax concepts and processes is an advantage
Audit experience, including audit support and documentation management, preferably gained from a public accounting firm or multinational organization
Proven ability to identify process improvement opportunities and drive operational efficiencies
Comfortable working a mid-shift schedule (12:00 PM to 9:00 PM) and reporting under a hybrid work arrangement in Makati
