What You'll Do
- Prepare and review partnership, S-Corp, C-Corp, individual, trust, and estate tax returns
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients on tax planning and compliance matters
- Mentor and develop entry-level tax professionals
- Correspond with taxing authorities regarding notices and tax matters
- Perform tax research and stay current on federal and state tax law changes
- Manage multiple client engagements while delivering exceptional service
What You'll Bring
- Active CPA license
- Five or more years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience managing multiple client engagements
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to effectively delegate and develop others
- Experience with complex tax returns and high-net-worth clients
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities
