**Position Overview:**

We’re seeking a Senior Tax Accountant to work closely with leadership in managing client relationships, overseeing tax engagements, and mentoring junior staff while delivering high-quality service.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Prepare and review individual, business, and trust tax returns
• Manage multiple client engagements and timelines
• Provide strategic tax planning guidance
• Collaborate on team projects and deliverables
• Mentor and support staff accountants

**Qualifications:**

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (Master’s preferred)
• 3+ years of experience in public accounting
• CPA license or active progress toward licensure
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and tax/accounting software
