Job Summary

Aprio is seeking a Senior Tax Associate to join our Private Client Tax practice, where you will deliver high-quality tax compliance and consulting services to a diverse portfolio of middle to large-sized clients. You will partner closely with firm leadership to develop and implement innovative, forward-thinking tax planning strategies that drive meaningful outcomes across individual and business tax needs. This is a full-time opportunity to grow your technical expertise, build lasting client relationships, and make a real impact within a high-performing, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver tax planning, consulting, and compliance services to a portfolio of private clients

Partner with firm leadership to develop and execute innovative tax planning strategies

Prepare and review Corporate, S-Corp, and/or Partnership returns across a variety of industries

Conduct tax research to support client engagements and monitor federal tax developments

Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive, responsive service

Candidate Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Accounting

3–5 years of experience in federal tax consulting and/or compliance in public accounting

Experience preparing Corporate, S-Corp, and/or Partnership tax returns

Proficiency with tax software and technology

CPA license (active or in progress)

Preferred: Master's degree in Taxation

Preferred: Real estate tax experience
